Meet the Pharmacists

Carl Collier
Pharm. D. | Employee since 1951
Carl began working in his father’s drug store in 1951 as a child. His first job was washing dishes for the soda fountain and dusting shelves.
After high school he attended UAMS College of Pharmacy in Little Rock and graduated in 1964. Carl has received a number of awards during his career as a pharmacist, including Pharmacist of the Year in 2013 and the Bowl of Hygeia, a community service award to honor a pharmacist who has contributed to the progress of their community.
Carl is a lifelong resident of Fayetteville. He married his wife, Jan, in 1965 and had two children, Meredith and Mel. Carl also has four grandchildren, Hailey, Katelyn, Chris, and Jamie. He is a member of Rotary, First Night, United Way, and the Arkansas Pharmacists Association.

Amanda Mhoon
Pharm. D. | Employee since 2008
Amanda has been with Colliers since 2008. She especially loves children and wants to help them and their families with all of their pharmaceutical needs.
Amanda grew up in Lepanto, a small town in Northeast Arkansas. She attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology. She then moved to Phoenix and attended Midwestern University College of Pharmacy, where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
Amanda and her sons, Eason and Elliott live in Fayetteville. Away from the pharmacy, she loves traveling, going to the lake, trout fishing, and attending Razorback football and basketball games.
