What is a Health Coach?
A Health Coach is a person that is focused on helping you become the best version of yourself, emotionally and physically. Health Coaches are masters of habit change. They help you get focused on a specific plan of action. Then they assist you in building motivation and accountability around that plan.
Our Health Coach, Corrie, can work in conjunction with your physician to help implement dietary and lifestyle changes prescribed to you. Corrie’s Program can also be added to our other Wellness Programs, to help you get the absolute best results.
Why do I need a Health Coach?
Are you struggling to get healthier? Are you mentally and physically drained? Do you feel guilty for taking time for yourself when you have so much to do? Has your doctor asked you to make life changes in food, exercise, and/or stress level?
How do you make these changes in a way that lasts? We often know what we could be doing to be healthier, but are overwhelmed with how to implement these actions. When someone is attempting to change a daily habit that they have performed thousands of times over ten to twenty years, it’s no wonder it’s hard to change.
How will a Health Coach help me?
A health coach doesn’t focus on quick fixes. The approach a health coach will take is to be focused on lasting change. And for that lasting change to occur, we’ve got to start with habits. Why? Because habits are the number one determiners of your quality of life. When you change a habit, you change the course of your life.
Again, most people have a pretty good idea of some important changes they would like to make in their lifestyle. The power of habit is often so strong it keeps us stuck. In working with a health coach you will learn the steps to optimize your health, as well as be supported and held accountable along the way.

How the program works…
The sessions are designed to meet once a week for an hour with our Certified Health Coach, Corrie Wells, in a one-on-one environment. Ideally, the session will occur in person, but can also take place by phone or video chat. We offer a range of program lengths to meet the needs of the individual with the most benefit coming from our 90 day program. The 12 sessions in the 90 day program allow for the most habit change which in turn leads to the most behavior change.
