We (heart) our community

Do you have a local event, charity or project that could use some helpful support? Business may drive our economy, but it's people working together that makes our community strong and special, and we want to support those activities.

Collier Drug Stores, Inc. sets aside a portion of our budget to support qualifying charities, events and projects within our community. We can only consider donation requests that are submitted on our Donations Request form. Unfortunately, we cannot handle requests over the counter or by phone.

To submit your request, please download and complete our Donor Request form below and drop it at our Dickson Street pharmacy counter or mail it to P.O. Box 1085, Fayetteville, AR 72702, attn: Marketing Department.
